Annually promoted by the National School of Public Administration (ENAP), Innovation Week places humanity’s major challenges at the forefront of discussions. It provides a platform for global reflections, guides future directions, and expands public discourse while reinforcing confidence in the potential for change. Since 2015, the event has fostered a culture of innovation among public sector professionals, encouraged social participation, and showcased trends and opportunities for organizational transformation.

ENAP’s Innovation Week 2023 was a notable event in Latin America’s public innovation landscape, featuring over 500 hours of hybrid activities. The event addressed critical topics such as artificial intelligence, inclusive management, and sustainability. It attracted significant participation, with thousands of professionals from both the public and private sectors.

This year’s theme, “New Ways of Caring,” includes the following main areas:

  • Work and Health
  • Science and Technology
  • Environment and Climate
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Cities and Territories

A total of 138 activities will be held at ENAP’s headquarters in Brasilia, while 61 activities will be part of the Week’s virtual program.
